I have had the pleasure to work and live in Asia since early 2005.   Learning the various nuances of several cultures to engage and facilitate business as well as learning and development across Asia has been an exciting challenge. Taking it a step further, my coaching experience has led me down the path of studying what excites and motivates individuals and teams to excel in all areas of their lives.  I believe positive psychology has the opportunity to facilitate  change in people taking them to a whole new level of performance.
